The Yoritex token (YRX) is an important part of the SimcoePay ™ ecosystem.

The concept of "Make Your Offer" is the basis of the Pre-ICO round and so far Yoritex Inc. plans to sell up to 10% (51,000,000 YRX) of total YRX token items.
During this round, potential buyers can make Yoritex an offer to buy any number of tokens at any price.
If Yoritex agrees with the proposed offer, the deal will be closed as per the buyer's requirements.

On February 1, 2018 at the first trading date, the YRX price will be set at: 1 YRX = 0.00185 ETH.
During the next 89 trading days, everyday, the same amount of additional YRX tokens will be listed by Yoritex Inc. The initial price of the additional YRX token will be the same as the closing price on the last day - which correlates with the "LOFI concept - the last out, first in" (by analogy of well known accounting inventory accounting methods). Unsold YRX token will be destroyed.
